The process takes place in batches. Pieces to be milled are stationed on the machine and milling operations are run automatically one after the another until the raw material is completed in the machine.

Without these milling machines, the manufacturing of cars is near impossible.

Punching Machine

The hole-making process is widely done to assemble different parts of a car. This process is carried through punching machines. This machine is known for its highly precise hole-making capability. And when it comes to car making, accuracy is a must as any error can lead to huge losses.  

These holes need to be accurate and at the right spot to give the car a rigid shape and this is exactly why a punching machine is used to carry out this task. These machines have punching tools, punch and die, that work together to make a large quantity, highly precise, and identical holes.

Rack and pinion systems machining

These systems have a plethora of applications in automobiles that include the windshield wiper system, hydraulic steering, power windows, electric hand brakes, wing mirror adjustments, and the manufacture of small gear worms.

Lathe Machine

A lathe is a machining tool that is used primarily for shaping metal or wood. It works by rotating the workpiece around a stationary cutting tool. The main use is to remove unwanted parts of the material, leaving behind a nicely shaped workpiece. 

Other than turning, the lathe does other processes such as facing, grooving, cutting off, and thread cutting. It also performs internal workpiece operations such as axial drilling, boring, reaming, and tapping.
